We have started our journey in 1984 with speciality additives from Rheis Ireland for PP plant of IPCL and thereafter entered to offer PET CHIPS to textile sectors from around the Globe. Almost 60 Percent of Market of PET chips served. Further simultaneously started with Chemicals for Textile, Bulk Drugs, Agro and Crop science, Flavours and Fragrances, Petrochemicals and many other sectors.

In 1993, we have started selling Kalama Chemicals – USA products in India and we have captured almost 70 percent of market share for them. Also, we have developed Textile auxiliaries for our various overseas principals. We started our exports of Pharma intermediates and food and textile auxiliaries to the Global market. In this year, we have Join hands with Flexider SRL- Italy to develop and to grow their business volume from 5 % to 90 % with all Indian Refineries, Fertilizer companies, Power sectors for onshore and offshore sectors. There are many cases, wherein, most overseas principals have made entries in India through our combined efforts and team work. We started Indian Pipes exports in the same year, as well other static equipment and rotating equipment.

In 2008, we have made supplies of PIPE Supports Spring hangers of Castim 2000 Italy to Indian fertilizers Companies.

We have join hand with BARBER NICHOLS – USA in 2002 and participated for Nuclear Fusion Energy Projects of ITER- INDIA / FRANCE of largest Cryo Cooler and Nuclear fusion energy equipment. In this year, we expanded our Chemical business by addition of more overseas principals and their chemistry.

In 2005, we have started serving Aerospace and defence market. Also, expanded in Mining, Medical and Surgical equipment.

In 2010, we have started with Macoga S A- spain for Expansion joint Business  with exclusive arrangement and made supplies to DORC and many other projects including LNT’s project with ITER’s France Project.

In 2011, we have initiated with Railway sectors including HIGH Speed rail, Metro Rail, and urban transport for Prefeasibility study, Project (technology), licensors management, technology transfer, power solution, etc. Also managed TGMS supply, Lighting, Rack laying Machines, Lifting and Mobility Equipments, Loaders, Drillers and Cranes, OHE Cables, and many more equipment for transports.

In this year, we have started supplying requirements of Meteorological sectors, by supplying largest telescopes, Universal Testing machines, Blowers for defence, critical equipment and software for space and satellite.

We have domestic distribution of different products.

Looking to the pace of business movements, we have started and supporting IT companies, to sell their ready or made to order or customised software to various clients for different sectors and complex engineering applications.

In 2016, we have developed a team to support Merger & Acquisition team to transfer and merging of overseas companies to domestic companies or vice versa. Also, have managed technology for Indian customers, for supporting product lines for Make in India programme of Indian government.

To do all above is due to devoted team of 48 Engineers, Service Engineers, Sales team, Data management and sales support team.
